Evaluation and pilot terms
These terms apply to users of the EstateSpend free evaluation and paid pilot. If your organization has a separate written pilot agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Purpose and access
EstateSpend is spend and document intelligence for private estate and household managers. Access is limited to authorized users and organizations. You must keep account credentials confidential, use accurate access information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the contact channel in your invitation.
Decision support only
EstateSpend may extract document fields, calculate discrepancies, surface comparisons, and summarize public market information. These outputs support human review. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, fraud, or payment advice. EstateSpend does not execute payments, switch providers, approve contracts, or label a person or document as fraudulent.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only documents you are authorized to process.
- Verify the original source and evidence before acting on any finding.
- Use manager decisions and owner sharing controls accurately.
- Do not attempt to access another organization, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
Access periods and availability
The free evaluation is limited to 7 days, 1 property, 5 document checks, and does not include market research. A paid pilot is activated only with a valid one-time code issued after the agreed payment is confirmed. The service may change, experience interruptions, or be suspended for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Important records should not rely on EstateSpend as their only archive.
Content and software
Your organization retains its rights in documents it uploads. The EstateSpend software, interface, documentation, and branding remain the property of their respective owner. Pilot access grants no right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
Confidentiality
Treat private workspace content, pilot credentials, non-public features, and other users' information as confidential. Do not place production secrets or unnecessary personal information in free-text notes.
Disclaimers and liability
The pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and without a promise that every extraction, comparison, or finding is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the controlling pilot agreement, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending access
You or the inviting organization may stop using the pilot. Access may be suspended for security risks, misuse, or breach of these terms. Data handling after access ends follows the privacy notice and any controlling pilot agreement.

Use the operator contact channel included in your pilot invitation. Commercial deployment terms, support, governing law, and data-processing commitments must be stated in a separate written agreement.
